Katherine is a Lead Consultant within Aon’s Talent, Rewards, & Performance practice and a member of the North America Culture & Engagement sub-practice, based in Chicago, Illinois.
Katherine is responsible for consulting on the overall strategy for employee measurement programs, designing the overall research plan, interpreting results, helping build commitment to the project at all levels of the organization, and partnering with clients to turn analysis into action and drive change.
She has ten years of diverse experience across employee engagement, HR effectiveness, change management, communications, and training. Prior to joining Aon, she served as an organizational change management consultant at Accenture.
Since joining the firm, Katherine has partnered with organizations across industries including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and energy. Katherine brings her experience as a talent management and change management practitioner to bear in providing strategic insight to build a better workplace experience unique to each organization.
Katherine’s expertise involves partnering with companies to understand their engagement survey results and turning results into meaningful, results-oriented actions, as well as working with leaders and HR to guide their people through organization changes and action planning.
