Global Head of Insurance and Reinsurance, XL Catlin

Jennifer currently serves as the Head of Global Talent, Insurance, Reinsurance, Claims and Corporate Functions for XL Catlin. She joined the organization in 2017, responsible for leading these businesses Talent Acquisition teams across the global enterprise, ensuring an integrated emphasis and structured approach to the acquisition, development and assessment of talent and succession planning.

Prior to joining XL Catlin, Jennifer spent nearly 20 years in retained executive search, focused on the recruiting for several of the leading global financial services and insurance practices, with Heidrick & Struggles and CT Partners. She successfully placed senior-level candidates in companies ranging from start-up venture capital to Fortune 50 in general management, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, legal, distribution, operations, actuarial, customer service, and IT.

Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Minor in Business.
