Kelly Fitzgerald Lackner

Kelly Lackner is a Human Resources Executive with over fifteen years of experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and management consulting. At XL Catlin, Kelly leads the global Talent Management team and is responsible for all people processes including performance management, succession planning, learning and development including management and executive development, selection and assessment, culture, engagement and change. In previous roles at XL Catlin, Kelly led the global Learning & Development function and was an Engagement and Succession lead.
Prior to joining XL Catlin, Kelly was a Senior Consultant with Right Management, leading the Financial Services vertical for the Northeast Region and specializing in providing creative and practical solutions for clients focused on learning and development, assessment, performance management, and employee engagement. Kelly started her career at Accenture as a Change Management Consulting working in the Financial Services and Products lines of business.
Kelly earned a M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University, and a B.A. in Communication from Fairfield University. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
